Privacy Policy
This policy explains how mindhunters collects, uses, and protects information while you orchestrate workflows. It is designed for clarity during OAuth verification and for customers operating across LATAM.
1. Data we collect
Account details, workspace settings, usage telemetry, and billing metadata necessary to run the platform. We do not sell personal data.
2. How we use data
To operate the platform, improve features, enforce terms, and comply with law. AI features process your content to produce outputs — they do not train models.
3. Third-party services
We use Supabase, Stripe, Meta APIs, and AI providers as processors. Data is stored in US-East with encryption at rest. Sub-processor list available on request.
4. Retention
Active account data is retained while the account is live. Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days. Billing records are kept per local regulation.
5. Your controls
You can request data access, correction, export, or deletion. Contact us for DPA requests or questions about cross-border transfers.
